Pas 1: Se aşează într-un bol, brânza dulce, brânza telemea (sfărâmată cu degetele), cea ricotta, 20 gr brânză Emmentaler şi spanacul. |

Pas 3: Se foloseşte un aparat pentru ornat pentru a umple cannelloni cu pasta de spanac şi brânze. După ce am încercat cu un vârf de ornare, am renunţat rapid la acesta şi umplerea a mers mult mai uşor. |

Pas 6: Se pun la încălzit untul şi smântâna. Se adaugă nucşoara şi puţin cimbru. |

Pas 7: Se adaugă 30 gr brânza Emmentaler. Daca vi se pare ca este prea puţin sos, puteţi să mai adăugaţi smântână. Eu una aşa am facut. :) |

Pas 10: Apoi se adaugă şi restul de sos de smântână. Se poate presăra brânză Emmentaler şi cimbru. |
