Pas 1: Se amestecă untul (la temperatura camerei, nu îngheţat) cu usturoiul (tăiat mărunt), cimbrul şi sarea. |

Pas 2: Se desprinde pielea de pe ciocănele şi se intoduce puţin din compoziţia de la pasul anterior. |
